This needs to be disabled on package pages to be able to add a URL
fragment after comment editing.

Remove package base categories. Instead, users can now specify up to
twenty custom keywords that are taken into consideration when searching.

At the login and the package search page, the user is promted to
provide some input. Until now it was neccessary to first click the
field in which the input should be placed.
This can be simplified with HTML5 using the autofocus attribute of
the input element, though not included in XHTML 1.0, the attribute
was at least given a value to comply with the standard.

Replace all occurrences of "<?php echo" and "<?php print" by "<?=" to
reduce noise in templates.
Note that as of PHP 5.4.0, "<?=" is always available and no longer
requires "short_open_tag" to be set.

* Use archweb classes for search result statistics.
* Add some space between page numbers.
* Display current page number instead of current item range.
* Hide page numbers if the result fits into a single page.

Use virtual paths in links (e.g. link to "/packages/" instead of
"/packages.php" etc.) if the virtual path feature is enabled.

Using a div container to format heading is ridiculous. Use "<h2></h2>"
instead.

25 is woefully small for the number of packages many searches can
return, and with 28000+ packages in AUR, it makes sense to show a lot
more per page by default.
The new choices of (50, 100, 250) happen to match those from the main
site.

If we were displaying this without coming from a previous query submit,
notices were emitted all over the place. Fix them by adding an isset()
first to each variable we try to access.

We don't need this anymore since all packages managed here are
well...managed here. Rip out all of the places we were using this field,
many of which depended on the magic value '2' anyway.
On the display side of things, we had a column that was always showing
'unsupported' that is now gone, and you can no longer sort by this column.

Also changed it around a little bit so it's not tied down the search results function
