1. Add a new table to store providers from official packages:

2. Resize the email address field:

3. Add new columns to the PackageComments table:

4. Update the deletion time stamp of all deleted comments:

5. Add new column to store the closure comment of package requests:

4. Change FlaggerComment from varchar to text.
