Lukas Fleischer f89ba3fb6d Remove database recreation code from "support/schema/reloadtestdb.sh". 
Database is being dropped and recreated in the schema, so there's no
need to do this in "reloadtestdb.sh" as well.

The schema dir contains the AUR database schema file.

The scripts dir will contain any supporting scripts for the AUR such
as the script that handles moving newly uploaded packages via tupkg
to the AUR.
